High Sensitivity Piezoelectric Accelerometer - A/21, A/21/T, A/21/TC
360pC/g nom. • 95gm • 250°C Max. Temp.
High output together with minimal susceptibility to strain induced error extends the measurement range of the A/21 down to the 10-5g, 10-1Hz region. The A/21 application area thus includes low level, low frequency dynamic analysis as occurs in the civil and marine engineering fields.
The KONIC sensing element, all welded construction, and total absence of epoxies and soldered connections maximises sensitivity /mass ratio (3pC/gm), reliability, and operating temperature.

Charge Amplifiers
Charge Output Accelerometers require a Charge Amplifier to convert the charges from the vibration sensor to a voltage, readable by front end instrumentation or vibration analysers.
The CA/04/NH variant of the CA/04 Series of Charge Amplifiers is best suited for use with the A/21. The CA/100 Miniature Charge Amplifier may be suitable for some applications.
Calibration
All DJB Accelerometers are calibrated on site prior to despatch, and are accompanied by a calibration chart with temperature and frequency responses listed. Periodic calibration can be carried out with our VC-01 Handheld Calibrator whilst we also offer a full calibration service including cross axis checks to aid accuracy of data. We are able to provide this service for all makes of accelerometer with a full report given for each device. Please contact us with an enquiry
