AA generic range of lightweight, Konic shear sensing element based vibration transducers offering a choice of integral stud or flat based adhesive attachment and each with side or top mounted connector. All welded construction maximizes temperature range and reliability. Adhesive mounted versions: Abrasive cleaning of the attachment face will reduce base thickness over time; sparing use of adhesive will aid longevity, whilst also maximizing data accuracy.

Charge Amplifiers

Charge Output Accelerometers require a Charge Amplifier to convert the charges from the vibration sensor to a voltage, readable by front end instrumentation or vibration analysers.

The CA/04/N variant of the CA/04 Series of Charge Amplifiers is best suited for use with the A/23. The CA/100 Miniature Charge Amplifier may be suitable for some applications.

Calibration

All DJB Accelerometers are calibrated on site prior to despatch, and are accompanied by a calibration chart with temperature and frequency responses listed. Periodic calibration can be carried out with our VC-01 Handheld Calibrator whilst we also offer a full calibration service including cross axis checks to aid accuracy of data. We are able to provide this service for all makes of accelerometer with a full report given for each device.
